Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manual and conventional machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

- Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.

- Assist in the development of new machining processes and techniques to improve efficiency.

- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

- Must provide your own pair of Steel Toe Boots

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in machining is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Manual/Conventional Machinist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.

- Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
