Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role supports production by maintaining molding presses, performing mold changes, and assisting with machine operation as needed.

 

 

Job Duties:

•Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on molding presses

•Conduct mold changes efficiently and safely

•Support production by operating machines when required

•Pack finished parts and ensure quality standards are met

•Diagnose and repair issues related to hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

•Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

•Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

•Must have personal basic hand tools

•Previous experience with molding equipment preferred

•A positive and willing to learn attitude

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Ability to stand for 8+ hours throughout a shift
