Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
To assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment and in all cases to keep in top working order.
Job Duties:
•Basic electrical work
•Troubleshooting
•Grounds maintenance
•Prevention Maintenance
•Ability to network with our outside sources to coordinate projects
Skills and Qualifications :
• Maintenance experience
• Mechanically inclines
• Basic Electrical experience
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work with hands in repetitive motions for 8+ hours a day
