• Read and interpret job order documentation and related assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and fixtures to produce finished products according to specifications.

• During and after assembly, inspect work for conformity to quality standards and job order documentation.

• Test assembled products to ensure functionality and performance.

• On job completion, complete and distribute job and test documentation according to company procedure.

• Follow all safety precautions when using tools, machinery, and chemicals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Rotate within different production areas as needed to meet fluctuating demands. 

• Report on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts.

• Work with other team members to increase efficiency and performance.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

 Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other tasks as necessary under the direction and supervision of the Production Manager.

• Assist with training of other employees.

• Perform material handling and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.

• Package and prepare products for shipping.

• Taking Orders and Inventory 

• Able to work by yourself

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Warehouse experience required

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
