We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Jacksonville to support our import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of logistics experience and will work closely with internal teams, customer warehouses, and outside vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination.

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments between customer warehouses and global destinations

• Work closely with multiple external vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers

• Prepare, process, and file export documentation in compliance with regulations

• Update and maintain accurate shipment information in internal systems

• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues

• Ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and on schedule

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import, or export operations

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with outside vendors and internal stakeholders

• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international shipping and global logistics vendors

• Familiarity with logistics or ERP systems
