We are currently seeking Lead Packagers for an established company in the Nunica, MI area who will be cleaning packaging materials, loading items into containers, and weighing and labeling the items appropriately, as well as helping with any training with new employees.

Job Duties of the Lead Packager:

• Make corrugated boxes
• Label bags and boxes, place boxes on pallets
• Perform final checks for defective items
• Ensure all working items make it to the loading area or inventory
• Keep detailed records of materials and shipments
• General cleaning of plant floor when needed.
• Production Labor

Skills and Qualifications of the Lead Packager:

• High school diploma/GED (Preferred but not required)
• National Background Check
• he ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• 1 year of Team Lead experience
