We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Custodian for an established company in the Calhoun, GA area who will maintain cleanliness in both office and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas remain sanitary, organized, and presentable, while following safety and hygiene standards.

Schedule: Tuesday thru Friday, 4:30pm to 3am

 Pay: $16/hr

Job Duties of the Janitor / Custodian:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors as needed.

• Dust and wipe down desks, furniture, and fixtures.

• Empty trash bins and replace liners in offices and warehouse areas.

• Clean and maintain warehouse floors, including sweeping and removing debris.

• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and toiletries.

• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.

• Report any facility issues immediately. 

• Respond to urgent cleaning needs and spills in a timely manner.

• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.

Skills and Qualifications of the Janitor / Custodian:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.

• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
