Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an established company in the Wildwood, FL area who will manage the Inside Sales team, grow sales with new and existing sales accounts, and ensure that customers are getting the best service.
Primary Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and train inside sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and goal attainment.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales goals, strategies, and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Continuously assess and adjust sales tactics based on market feedback and changing conditions.
- Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure that sales representatives follow established processes and best practices.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address performance gaps.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Engage directly with key clients and prospects to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist sales representatives in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
- Quote and provide excellent service to your accounts.
Skills and Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative:
- Education: Bachelor, Master, or equivalent experience.
- Work experience: Previous experience in sales is a must. Industrial experience is a big positive.
- Must demonstrate excellent business awareness and judgment, make sound decisions promptly, and make things happen.
- Must be a quick learner and a doer
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Must be able to listen, understand, and communicate.
- Must show commitment to the team and the entire organization.
- Must show enthusiasm, drive, and determination.

- Must have strong customer service/ sales skills.
- Must be capable of working with computers.
- Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have strong analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.
