We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a kitchen remodeling company on the Southside of Jacksonville.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm

Pay: $500 / week plus a generous commission on all sales

Job Duties of the Inside Sales Rep:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using warm leads.

• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications of the Inside Sales Rep:

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing

• Strong business development skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone and build relationships

• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers to make purchasing decisions

• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities
