We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a busy manufacturing facility on the Westside of Jacksonville, FL who is responsible for overseeing the Equipment Team in support of production and the equipment.

Job Duties of the Industrial Maintenance Shift Supervisor:

• Interface with EHS, Production, Engineering, Quality and Facilities to improve workplace safety.
• Maintain tracking of parameter settings, establish the operational range, train others (Engineers and Shift personnel) on finding the best parameter, and troubleshoot when it cannot be achieved.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to prepare and execute experiments, to develop new processes and process flows, and to improve KPIs and then prepare concise reports to communicate those findings to other teams and management.
• Be hands on with each process, operation, and recovery of the equipment in order to better perform root causes analysis and provide realistic process improvements
• Send up reports of shift reports, parameters, daily checklists, hold beginning of shift meetings with the Team (cover pass down and the days task), and attend meeting when needed
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to perform root cause analysis of systemic issues impacting KPIs and then prepare concise reports to communicate those findings to other teams and management.
• Provide guidance and training to engineers and shift personnel in order to monitor and sustain equipment and KPIs.
• Act as coverage for the sustaining the team, when necessary, if possible
• Assist the Senior Engineer in monitoring and reporting KPIs on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications of the Industrial Maintenance Shift Supervisor:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ Years Previous experience as a production supervisor within a manufacturing environment
