Hotel Housekeeper

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest and common areas, providing fresh linens, removing trash, and ensuring the hotel meets high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize hotel common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces.

• Remove trash from guest and common areas and dispose of waste properly.

• Restock and provide clean linens, towels, and other housekeeping supplies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect assigned areas according to hotel standards.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management promptly.

• Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

• Deliver courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and coworkers.

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on hotel occupancy.

Location & Work Pattern

• Work Location: On-site

• Schedule: Days and hours vary based on business needs and occupancy, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour for the first 30 days.

• Opportunity to earn $16.00 per hour after the initial 30-day period based on performance and attendance.
