Heavy Production
Job Description
We have a great client in West Ocala seeking experienced concrete workers for Form Concrete Production. Positions consist of filling the forms with concrete to spec daily. Once concrete dries, remove the forms and quality check the product.
Qualifications:
· Ability to read and interpret a tape measure and basic shop drawings.
· Experience or willingness to learn how to use hand tools (e.g., hammer, margin trowel, pigtail, bar tie twisters).
· Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within specified timeframes.
· Ensure contractor stencils on precast structures are correctly applied and reviewed.
· Assist in opening cages using bolt cutters as needed.
· Experience working with precast concrete, storm sanitary systems, or related construction fields is preferred but not required.
· Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, standing, and working with heavy materials.
· Comfortable working outdoors and/or in hot/cold, humid conditions.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers a $1 per hour raise and benefits once Hired In.
