Job Description

 The HR Assistant/Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring smooth coordination with our headquarters in China, and managing expatriate employees. This position encompasses handling L1 visa processes, assisting with scheduling, recruitment, training and development, system integration, and facilitating effective collaboration and communication. Additionally, the role involves aligning cultural values with the HQ Center of Excellence (COE) and submitting all required HR reports to HQ.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordination with Headquarters: Maintain seamless communication with HQ in China, ensuring all HR processes align with organizational goals.

  • Expat Management: Support expatriate employees by assisting with onboarding, adaptation processes, and ongoing needs.

  • Visa Management: Oversee the processing of L1 visas, ensuring compliance and providing assistance to employees navigating visa procedures.

  • Scheduling & Recruitment: Coordinate interviews, support recruitment efforts, and manage schedules to ensure timely and efficient staffing.

  • Training & Development: Assist in organizing training programs and development initiatives, contributing to employee growth and productivity.

  • System Integration: Help implement and optimize HR systems to streamline processes, maintain accurate documentation, and improve workflow.

  • Culture Alignment: Collaborate with HQ COE to develop and implement initiatives that promote cultural alignment and engagement.

  • HR Reporting: Prepare and submit all required HR reports to HQ on time, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating open communication across departments and between Jinko Solar US and HQ.

Key Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is desirable.

  • Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with headquarters.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.

  • Familiarity with visa processes, particularly L1 visas, is a plus.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
