Job Description

General Laborer – Block Plant
Location: Homosassa, FL
Pay: $16–$18 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and support assembly and production operations

  • Ensure raw materials are properly loaded into production machinery

  • Perform visual quality checks on concrete blocks as they exit the production line

  • Position and orient blocks correctly for proper stacking

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and work areas

  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous general labor experience required

  • Experience using hand tools

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • One year of concrete experience preferred
