Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Unloading wooden components for door kits from automated machines. The automated machines/lines will take the wood planks and the wood will either get cut, painted, putty material added, finished, or baked depending on the work order.
Job Duties:
• Regularly inspect robots for malfunctions or wear.
• Read and understand work orders, blueprints, or job instructions.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Putting a weather strip on the products and then the machine will press it together to make it stick.
• Place products into appropriate packaging based on instructions.
• Stacking finish products onto pallets.
Skills and qualifications:
• Manufacturing or relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions of the hands.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50lbs.
