Administrative Assistant
Location: Ocala, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (must be at your desk and ready to begin promptly at 8:00 AM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for a local manufacturing office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office presence.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain punctuality and readiness to begin work promptly each day

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Greet vendors and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience

Maintain office organization and monitor supply inventory

Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed

Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

Positive attitude with a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
