Admin. Assistant
Job Description
Welcome and direct guests, manage office security by issuing visitor badges, and keep the reception area tidy.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and respond to general inquiries via email.
Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Perform basic bookkeeping, data entry, and filing; maintain office supply inventory.
Shift: Sat (10am-6pm), Sun (12pm-6pm) Mon and Tues (8am-5pm).
Candidates will need to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Dress Code: Business Casual
