We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and responsible Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead the execution of customer orders and manage and oversee all Fulfillment Center Management activities, ensuring efficient processes, maximizing productivity, and driving superior customer service through careful order management and proactive internal and external communications.
The ideal candidate will interface daily with Operations, Production, and our internal e-commerce team; and be their first point of contact when issues arise.
To succeed as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, you will have outstanding analytic skills and excellent written and verbal communication. In addition, you will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor:

• Actively lead and manage the fulfillment team
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in daily work tasks
• Monitor and report on team performance against departmental goals and objectives
• Drive fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth, and how your department and team impact total store profitability
• Utilize your workload planning tools to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and within the appropriate lead time
• Supervise and train production associates for growth and development. Ensuring associates are qualified and trained in the assigned position
• Optimize efficiency per budgets and cost objectives
• Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity to ensure objectives are met by following standardized work
• Build a valuable work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities/tasks.
• Verify that Order Fulfillment and Shipping systems/software are current and up to date
• Order Progression - Review open and backorders, ensuring thorough follow-up with supply areas and buyers for availability dates, and inform direct Management of any potential misses to the commitment dates
• Proactively communicate changes to the department and effectively manage the team s priorities during high-order volume peaks.
• Update management on departmental progress and areas of improvement
• Make efficient use of warehouse space to store/display finished products, maintaining accuracy and organization of finished inventory
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements of the Fulfillment Center Supervisor:

• Punctual and reliable attendance. Dependable and strong work ethic
• Associates in business, logistics, or a related field (Bachelor s degree preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Proven track record of successful team management and leadership
• Experience implementing and managing warehouse slotting
• Advanced computer and math skills
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead, drive change, and influence others
• Solid understanding of policy, planning, and strategy
• Superior time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime.
• Natural 20/20 vision or with vision assistive tools (i.E., glasses or contact lenses)
• Must be able to decipher all colors and color tones for color accuracy
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation

Requires the Ability to:

• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in daily duties
• Possesses explicit knowledge and the ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer ordering systems.
• Must traverse the production facility and maintain stamina for up to eight hours a day of physical labor.
• Tolerate hot and cold warehouse environments and varying noise levels

• Possess the physical strength necessary to lift heavy objects and move them around the warehouse.
• Regularly lift and carry objects weighing 10-60 lbs.
