Job Responsibilities: The Front Office Lead will function in a working role as a scheduler, patient care coordinator and team member. Effective communication with the front office staff and ensuring customer service to patients, ensuring a positive physical therapy experience before, during and after their treatment plan. Job Duties: Patient Care Coordination Customer Service Schedule Management Handle complaints Backup to all front office roles Ensure front office is tidy Coordinate Clinician Request for outside medical records Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations (HIPPA), medical laws and high ethical standards Answer phones in a friendly and courteous manner Benefits once hired in!
