Job Responsibilities: The Front Office Lead will function in a working role as a scheduler, patient care coordinator and team member. Effective communication with the front office staff and ensuring customer service to patients, ensuring a positive physical therapy experience before, during and after their treatment plan.
Job Duties: • Patient Care Coordination • Customer Service • Schedule Management • Handle complaints • Backup to all front office roles • Ensure front office is tidy • Coordinate Clinician Request for outside medical records • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations (HIPPA), medical laws and high ethical standards • Answer phones in a friendly and courteous manner
