Foundry Laborer
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position would include working along side another employee loading up the molds onto a belt to go to the employees in shakeout.

Job Duties:
• Smooth out the molds/sand by hand or using a scraper so the boards fit together to seal everything in.
• Load the molds onto a belt.
• Visual inspection to ensure there are no defects on products.
• Accurate documentation of scrap and production.
• Cleaning foundry sand off from products using shovels

Skills and Qualifications:
• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Previous foundry experience is preferred but not required
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to lift 50lbs for 8+ hours a day
