Forklift Operator (Dayshift)

Job Description
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators for high-tech manufacturing firm on the Westside of Jacksonville in the Cecil Field area. We have an exciting career opportunity for individuals who enjoy warehouse environments and are experienced forklift operators.
Schedule: Dayshift – Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm with potential for overtime
Job Duties of the Forklift Operator:
Safely operate a forklift in a warehouse setting.
Load/unload trucks & containers.
Operate pallet jack as needed and physically lift items if needed. (job is not 100% of the time on the forklift)
Must be reliable and physically able to walk the facility if needed.
Skills and Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:
Education Level: High School Diploma
Experience: Forklift operation
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must have strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Must have your own reliable transportation to work. This employer is not on public transportation.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week and overtime on an as needed basis.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
