The Dip Operator is responsible for working in a production unit. Their main work is to perform a combination of tasks which includes melting wax and pouring wax into molds. In addition, they are responsible for cleaning and assembling molds for the foundry where they work.

Job Duties of the Dip Operator:

• Taking metal products and dipping them into wax to create a wax mold
• Allowing wax layers to dry before dipping again
• Ensuring wax molds are carefully removed from the metal keeping them intact

Skills and Qualifications of the Dip Operator:

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work with hands in repetitive motions for 8+ hours a day
• Resume with relevant experience
• Steel toe work boots
• High School Diploma or GED required

Benefits once hired in!

• Bonuses: after 90 days $1 per hour worked weekly based on attendance. Have had bonuses of $450-500 with no attendance issues.
