Collections Customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an established company in the Ocala, FL area who will be responsible for Collections.
Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
-
Must be able to accurately update computer databases, and most importantly provide accurate answers to queries and concerns from customers.

Must be able to handle a high volume of calls and learn quickly.
-
Follow training guidelines and customer satisfaction standards at all times.
-
Customer satisfaction is always at the core of every decision and behavior.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
-
2+ years working in a contact center specializing in Collections.
-
Experience handling customer accounts and payment information preferred
-
Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with customers

Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
