Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Customer Service Representative needed for a company in the Daytona area.
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: $16/hr
Provide customer service, handle incoming calls, appointment setting, ordering/billing/new client file creation.
Experience Required:
Proficiency in MS Office required
Customer service experience
Clean background required
Must have the ability to problem solve, think critically, and create solutions
Must have and excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good business acumen.
