Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a great client in the Eustis, FL area to complete front office tasks as well as handling Accounts Receivable. You will also be responsible for Accounts Receivable. For this, you will need experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Our client will teach you the accounting software they use. You will log payments, reach out to clients who have not paid yet and make sure all entries are correct. 

Pay: $18 - $20 / hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

 

Job Duties of the Customer Service Rep/Accounts Receivable:

  • Answer the telephones

  • Greet guests coming into the building

  • Maintain a visitor log

  • Accounts Receivable - The client will teach you the accounting software they use. You will log payments, reach out to clients who have not paid yet, and make sure all entries are correct

 

Skills and Qualifications of the Customer Service Rep/Accounts Receivable:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
