Customer Service Rep (CSR)

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will complete daily tasks including interacting with clients, truckers, and team members by phone, email, and in-person.
Job Duties of the CSR:
Provide information on orders to customers, and answer questions as needed.
Update files.
Use MS Office.
Complete general office tasks.
Skills and Qualifications of the CSR:
Must have experience in an office setting.
Must have EXCELLENT MS Office proficiency, especially EXCEL skills.
Must have a professional phone presence.
Must have a sense of urgency.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
