Custodian Nightshift
Job Description
We are seeking a Custodian for an established manufacturing company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be responsible for performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Job Duties of the Custodian:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
Remove trash and recycling materials from designated areas.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications / Requirements of the Custodian:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior custodial experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
