We are seeking a Cook for an established company in the Palm Coast, FL area who will be responsible for a number of tasks, including preparation and cooking of small food items, preparation of coffee beverages using an industrial espresso machine, and cleaning the kitchen and coffee / lounge areas. 

Job Duties of the Cook:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare espresso drinks, create specialty beverages and serve wine.

• Equipment Operation: Properly operate cooking machines, espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee/food equipment.

• Food Service: Prepare and serve food items.

• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash & credit card transactions.

• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean work area, sanitize equipment, and follow food safety guidelines.

• Inventory Management: Stock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and replenish items as needed.

• Customer Service: Address customer concerns, answer questions about menu items, and strive to provide a positive experience.

Skills and Qualifications of the Cook:

• Food handler's license required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service industry required.

• High attention to detail with ability to multitask.

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
