Customer Service Representative (1st Shift)
Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for a medical device supply company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will respond to calls from patients, answer questions, place orders, and provide professional, friendly, and caring customer service.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm
Skills and Qualifications of the CSR:
Call center experience preferred.
Clean background required.
Must have the ability to problem solve, think critically, and create solutions
Must have an excellent communication skills.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
This is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
