Make a difference to others with caring customer service. Specialty apparel company that treats its staff like family is looking to add a phenomenal CSR to their team.
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday
Responding to calls from customers, answering questions, placing orders. Provide professional, friendly and caring customer service.
- Call center experience REQUIRED
- Clean background required
- Must have the ability to problem solve, think critically, and create solutions
- Must have and excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
