Customer Service Representatives are responsible for receiving and making inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage information, post closing. Must be able to accurately update computer databases, and most importantly provide accurate answers to queries and concerns from customers. Associate must be able to handle a high volume of calls and learn quickly. Follow training guidelines and customer satisfaction standards at all times. Customer satisfaction is always at the core of every decision and behavior.
- 1+ years working in a contact center
- Experience handling customer accounts and payment information preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Mortgage experience, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and/or use of MSP or Premier, or other Green Screen software is a plus.
