We are seeking a CNC Programmer for an established company in the Muskegon, MI area who will perform maintenance on all CNC machines and programming. The CNC Programmer will also be responsible for ensuring that the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

Job Duties of the CNC Programmer:

• Upload and download programs, set-up repeat jobs in rated time, and edit programs as needed.
• Must be proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges and other devices used for checking dimensions.
• Make tool & insert changes, replace and reset tooling, and adjust offsets.
• Must understand basic blueprint reading (bubble drawing & interpretive) and have basic computer skills
• Refill, change, and monitor the level of fluids, such as oil and coolant, in machines.
• Support the documentation of PM completion records and procedures.
• Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines.
• Must have working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines
• Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines.
• Identify and replace parts as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications of the CNC Programmer:

• Industrial Maintenance experience
• Experience with CNC set ups and programming (Mills/Lathes)
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
• National Background Check, Resume, and potential interview with the company
