Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position would be set-up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery.
Job Duties:
•Machine Parts to process
•Must be capable of using and operating CNC machining centers
•Must be capable of doing setups on machining centers
•Must be capable of determining when tools/wheels need to be changed and install new tools/wheels
•Must be capable of reading blueprints
•Must be capable of using inspection equipment such as surface plate, height gages, indicators, micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and CMM.
•Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
•Aide in troubleshooting and repairing machinery
•Aide in writing standard operating procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
•CNC Machine Operation Experience required
• Set Up / Programming preferred but not required
•The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
