Job Description
Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position would be set-up, operate, and maintain machinery, usually in a manufacturing setting. They are responsible for ensuring the machine produces high-quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. Job Duties: -Machine Parts to process -Must be capable of using and operating CNC machining centers -Must be capable of doing setups on machining centers -Must be capable of determining when tools/wheels need to be changed and install new tools/wheels -Must be capable of reading blueprints -Must be capable of using inspection equipment such as surface plate, height gages, indicators, micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and CMM. -Perform preventative maintenance on machinery -Aide in troubleshooting and repairing machinery -Aide in writing standard operating procedures Skills and Qualifications: - At least 1 year in a manufacturing setting - The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day - Resume and potential interview with the company Benefits once hired in! -Air Conditioning in the summertime. -Paid Holidays -Paid Time off -Health Insurance W/Company Paying 75% of Employees Premiums -Dental Insurance -Aflac supplemental insurance -3% retirement benefit match -Pay will commensurate experience *This is a drug-free workplace.
