We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for an established company in the Fruit Port, MI area who can set-up, operate, and maintain machinery, usually in a manufacturing setting. They are responsible for ensuring the machine produces high-quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained.

Job Duties of the CNC Machine Operator:

• Machine Parts to process

• Must be capable of using and operating CNC machining centers

• Must be capable of doing setups on machining centers

• Must be capable of determining when tools/wheels need to be changed and install new tools/wheels

• Must be capable of reading blueprints

• Must be capable of using inspection equipment such as surface plate, height gages, indicators, micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and CMM.

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery

• Aide in troubleshooting and repairing machinery

• Aide in writing standard operating procedures

Skills and Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing setting

• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

• Resume and potential interview with the company
