Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for HR and Accounting at a local community. The perfect candidate is detail oriented, skilled, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of office assistant experience and a friendly customer service demeanor.

 

Experience Needed:

3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

4+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required

3+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of Accounting experience
