Block Plant Supervisor – Now Hiring

Salary- $25+ Depending on Experience

Schedule- Mon-Fri 6 AM- 6 PM

We are seeking an experienced Block Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and lead a team of 6–9 production workers. The supervisor will coordinate production schedules, manage inventory, and maintain equipment to keep the plant running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise plant staff and daily production

  • Coordinate schedules with the office

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance

  • Manage inventory and material orders

  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met

  • Train and mentor plant employees

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with a Columbia Block Machine (required)

  • Basic hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting skills (required)

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations
