Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Batch operators oversee operating and running batching computers and ensuring that all production goals are met. These individuals are responsible for making sure that proper order sequencing is followed. They are to wear the proper PPE and follow guidelines closely. Job Duties: -Operates various manufacturing equipment including mixing tanks, pumps, scales, melt boxes and other equipment as necessary. -Completes wax or adhesive production batch sheets according to work instructions. -Operate Pastillator belt and package finished products. -Adheres to all established company and corporate policies, procedures, and governmental regulations pertaining to plant safety, environmental issues, and quality standards. -Operates and performs routine maintenance on various manufacturing machinery. -Performs 5S housekeeping during and at the end of each shift for assigned areas. -Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: -Ability to lift 50 lbs. On a regular basis -Ability to work overtime, including weekends when required. -Able to read, understand and follow work instructions, batch sheets and other written instructions. -PPE Requirements; Steel Toe Boots and Safety Glasses -Resume and interview with client Benefits once hired in!
