Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor for an established manufacturer on the Northside of Jacksonville, FL.
Job Duties of the Assistant Supervisor:
- Co-managing a team of 50 employees in a manufacturing facility
- Take part in orientation/training for all new employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Verify that quality standards of products manufactured are met in final products and while in-process.
Skills and Qualifications of the Assistant Supervisor:
- High School Diploma
- Speak, read and write in English
- Experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled with computer use.
- Strong attention to detail.
