We are seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor for an established manufacturer on the Northside of Jacksonville, FL.

Job Duties of the Assistant Supervisor:

• Co-managing a team of up to 50 employees in a manufacturing facility
• Take part in orientation/training for all new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Verify that quality standards of products manufactured are met in final products and while in-process.

Requirements of the Assistant Supervisor:

• High School Diploma
• Speak, read and write in English
• Experience with quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled with computer use.
• Strong attention to detail.
