Job Description

Looking for a career with room to grow and great benefits? Assembly Techs are needed for a busy client on the Northside of Jacksonville.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am-3:30pm (with mandatory overtime)


Job Duties of the Assembly Tech:

  • Ability to be cross trained in multiple positions within the production department.

  • Work quickly to meet production goals.

  • Be able to read a tape measure to 1/16"

  • Read and follow instructions in English.

  • Be flexible to changes in organizational and departmental procedures

  • Load machines, lifting up to 50 pounds

 

Skills and Qualifications of the Assembly Tech:

  • Must have at least 3 year of Manufacturing experience.

  • Must speak and understand English. Spanish knowledge is a plus.

  • Must be able to read a tape measure.

  • Must have a strong knowledge of math and fractions.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
