Assembly Tech (Rotating Nightshift)
Job Description
We are seeking Assembly Technicians for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be assembling solar panels in an environment controlled, manufacturing facility.
Nightshift: 6pm to 6am
Rotating Shift: 2 days on/ 2 days off/ 3 days on/ 2 days off/ 2 days on/ 3 days off
Job Duties of the Assembly Tech include:
Operate and load the machine
Achieve production daily output target
Monitor the smooth production process, operate soldering irons
Ensure that quality product is produced.
Requirements of the Assembly Tech:
Excellent attention to detail
A stable job history
Willingness to learn
Reliable transportation
Good attitude
Sense of urgency
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
