Job Description
Looking for a career with room to grow and great benefits? Assembly Techs / Machine Operators are needed for a busy client on the Northside of Jacksonville.
Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3:30pm with mandatory overtime
Job Duties of the Assembly Tech / Machine Operator:
Inspect products at the end of the production process.
Work quickly to meet production goals.
Package and move boxes.
Read and follow instructions in English.
Load machines, lifting up to 50 lb rolls of material.
Skills and Qualifications of the Assembly Tech / Machine Operator:
Must have at least 3 years of Manufacturing experience.
Must speak and understand English. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must have a strong knowledge of math and fractions.
Must be a team player.
Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
