Assembler
Job Description
We are hiring for a temporary Assembler position in the St. Augustine, FL area.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am-3:30pm.
Pay: $15.50/ hour
Key Responsibilities

Assemble aluminum components and products according to blueprints and work instructions

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently

Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Meet daily production targets and deadlines
-
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Report equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates)

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
-
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
