Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, supporting design teams, and ensuring project specifications are met.

Job Duties:

•Create and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

•Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

•Interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

•Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate plans.

•Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve design issues.

•Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.

•Manage and maintain digital drawing files and templates.

Skills and Qualifications:

•1 year of AutoCAD experience preferred but would consider right out of school

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work with metric and standard measurement systems (including decimals).

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

• Ability to work with wood, metal, and foam.

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
