Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a Sales Office in Ormond Beach.
Schedule: Sunday- Noon to 6pm, Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm
Pay range is $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience
The perfect candidate is detail oriented, skilled, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of office assistant experience and a friendly customer service demeanor.
Tasks Include:
- Professionally welcome guests and take incoming calls
- Create and update online files for prospects and sales
- Prepare marketing documents, update logs, and meeting materials
- Ensure office is properly maintained and stocked, including promotional items, treats, and brochures.
Experience Needed:
3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
4+ years of Microsoft Office experience
Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required
3+ years of customer service experience
