Entry level recruiting admin needed for a growing Jacksonville company.

The recruiting admin is responsible for assisting the team in the sourcing phase of the recruitment cycle for all non-exempt/hourly positions . The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude to provide candidates with the best experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• High volume outbound calls

• Handle a variety of talent acquisition - sourcing tasks.

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media sites

• Do outreach to exceptional candidates

• Schedule phone or in-person interviews

• Communicate with candidates promptly

• Send out all bulk email (confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)

• Coordinate drug tests and background checks

• Participate in recruiting events

• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Associate’s degree preferred

• Excellent phone presence and the ability to meet high call volume goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• A team player as well as able to work independently
