Temporary HR Generalist

Job Description
We are seeking a temporary Human Resources Generalist for an established company in the Grand Haven, MI area who will be assisting with day-to-day duties and ensuring smooth operation of processes.
Job Duties of the Human Resources Generalist:
File Management
Create new hire folders
Enter new hires into our HRIS, Paycom
Pull basic reports, such as for birthdays and anniversaries to create birthday/anniversary announcements flyers & send out cards
Update PowerPoint slides for the break room & monthly meetings
Post flyers on the communication boards
Create badges for time clock/building access
May also assist with some recruiting, such as helping with interviews
Skills and Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist:
At least 1 years’ experience in a professional office setting
Experience with filing documents
Experience with data entry into a database
Some HR experience or education is preferred
