Job Responsibilities:

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation. This role ensures that products are shipped promptly, comply with regulations, and meet customer expectations.

Job Duties:

• Wrap and organize skids for deliveries

• Operate the burr bowl when needed

• Provide feedback to Shipping Manager and QC

• Maintain the shipping floor organization

• Printing packers and PO’s for deliveries to customers and outsources

• Understanding of customer shipment schedules

• Prepare next days shipments (planning ahead)

• End of day UPS schedule

• Receive purchase orders from outsourced deliveries

• Understanding of Inventory Levels and Adjustments in JobBoss

• Utilize the email system for updates to customers and scheduler if needed

Skills nd Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of shipping experience.

• Forklift experience.

• Comfortable standing and sitting throughout the shift.
