Material Coordinator with strong MS Office skills needed on manufacturing facility on the Westside of Jacksonville.

Pay negotiable based on experience

Schedule:Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The material coordinator will oversee and assist planners with issuing material to production while maintaining physical and SAP inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the warehouse material clerk to assure inventory balance.

• Plan Work Order according to Sale Order and sales need.

• Schedule meeting with production, BOM, process, and QA to discuss new Work Order. 

• Prepare manufacturing order. 

• Communicate with other departments to ensure materials are correct and transferred.

• Keep track of production output to determine future orders for production.

• Keep track of raw materials at our third-party warehouse

• Work with material planner to avoid shortage.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.

or

4 years college degree is preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
